We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
How It Works
Contact us at contact@prizma3d.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be in its original sealed packaging
- Not show signs of tampering or improper storage
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at contact@prizma3d.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will resolve the situation at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used resins
- Products that have been mixed, diluted, or contaminated
- Items improperly stored (e.g., exposed to heat, light, or humidity outside recommended conditions)
- Custom or special-order products
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, inspection is completed within 2 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within up to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note: a restocking fee may apply in certain cases. You will be informed before the return is finalized.

Warranty Policy
PriZma3D warrants its products against manufacturing defects in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards. Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Send the following information to contact@prizma3d.com or call (321) 202-3391:
- Order number
- Invoice number
- Product batch/lot number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (when applicable)
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper storage or handling
- Use outside the recommended parameters or indications
- Mixing with incompatible materials
- Normal variation in print results due to printer calibration or workflow differences
Product Storage & Handling
Our resins are photosensitive chemical materials. To maintain product integrity and print quality, always follow the storage and handling guidelines provided with each product. Failure to do so may affect performance and void warranty coverage.
