These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of prizma3d.com, including any content, functionality, products, customer support, and related services made available through the website collectively referred to as the “Services.”

The Services are operated by PRIZMA DENTAL TECHNOLOGY L.L.C., doing business as Prizma 3D (“Prizma 3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Prizma 3D is the official United States distributor of Makertech Labs high-performance 3D-printing resins.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • The information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current
  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, laboratory, clinic, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Customer Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information
  • Keep your password and login credentials secure
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
  • Not sell, transfer, or share your account with another person

We may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing accurately.

Product colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, printing process, printer configuration, and other workflow conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update product descriptions or specifications
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Limit the quantities available for purchase
  • Discontinue or replace products
  • Restrict sales to particular customers, regions, or jurisdictions

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

4. Professional Use and Product Responsibility

Certain Prizma 3D products are intended for use by trained dental, laboratory, manufacturing, or 3D-printing professionals.

You are responsible for reviewing and following all product labels, instructions for use, technical documentation, safety data sheets, storage requirements, printer compatibility information, and post-processing instructions supplied with each product.

You are also responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended application, equipment, workflow, and jurisdiction.

Information provided through the website does not replace professional judgment, training, regulatory requirements, product instructions, or applicable safety procedures.

Do not submit patient-identifiable information, protected health information, clinical records, or identifiable patient images through the website or general customer-support channels.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or product-information errors
  • Payment authorization problems
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Unusually large or commercially unreasonable quantities
  • Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Please review your order, shipping address, and billing information before completing checkout. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, and other disclosed costs will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the displayed order total

Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized payment providers. We may use fraud-prevention and payment-verification services before accepting an order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, handling times, delivery estimates, service areas, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy .

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, address errors, holidays, emergencies, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address provided with the order.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, eligible products, return-shipping costs, order cancellations, and refund timelines are governed by our Return & Refund Policy .

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused. Opened, used, contaminated, altered, or improperly stored resins may not be eligible for return except when confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

9. Limited Product Warranty

Eligible Prizma 3D products are covered by the limited manufacturing-defect warranty described in our Return & Refund Policy .

Warranty coverage is subject to the product being used, handled, stored, and processed according to its labeling, instructions, technical documentation, and recommended parameters.

The warranty does not cover issues caused by improper storage, misuse, contamination, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment, incorrect calibration, incorrect exposure settings, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.

Except as expressly stated in an applicable written warranty and to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at a particular time.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, upgrades, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This section applies to the website and digital Services and does not replace any express written product warranty.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

By submitting non-confidential feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display it for legitimate business, customer-support, product-development, and marketing purposes.

  • The material is not false, unlawful, abusive, or misleading
  • The material does not contain patient-identifiable or confidential information

We are not required to publish, retain, respond to, or compensate you for submitted feedback.

Shopify provides the e-commerce technology used to operate our online store. Purchases made through the website are transactions between you and PRIZMA DENTAL TECHNOLOGY L.L.C., not between you and Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to operate the store, process payments, deliver orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other rights protected by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. Therefore, portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prizma 3D and its officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services
  • Your material violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Your misuse, unauthorized modification, contamination, or unlawful use of a product

This section does not require you to indemnify us for claims caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, labor disputes, government action, supply-chain disruptions, cyberattacks, public-health emergencies, utility failures, or internet-service interruptions.

This section does not affect your right to receive a refund when required by applicable law or by one of our published policies.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of:

  • A material violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • A security threat
  • Abusive conduct toward customers, employees, or service providers

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in the applicable state or federal courts serving Orange County, Florida.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the laws of your place of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

23. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

24. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prizma 3D concerning the Services and supersede previous communications concerning the same subject.
